Testing of the financial monitoring system e-cabinet has been started
On May 1, 2022, the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 4, 2021, No 322 “On approval of the Procedure for exchanging information on financial monitoring” will come into force. The Order approves the Procedure for creating a personal cabinet of the reporting entity and access to the e-cabinet of the financial monitoring system and the Procedure for information interaction of reporting entities and the State Financial Monitoring Service of Ukraine, including the new formats and categories of information exchange.
In order to efficiently ensure the formation of the reporting entities reports on financial transactions subject to financial monitoring, other information that may be related to financial monitoring from February 15, 2022, the SFMS starts testing the information exchange with the reporting entities by means of the Information and Telecommunication System “Electronic Cabinet of the Financial Monitoring System”, which is implemented with the support of the Anti-Corruption Initiative of the European Union in Ukraine project (EUACI).
Recommendations on testing the Information and Telecommunication System “Electronic Cabinet of the Financial Monitoring System” and information exchange between the reporting entities and the SFMS are posted on the official website of the SFMS and can be found by the link (Ukrainian only).
