Accredited MONEYVAL expert (Council of Europe) for assessing national anti-money laundering systems, Governmental expert of Ukraine on the implementation of the UN Convention against Corruption. He represented Ukraine in international platforms on asset recovery and tracing: CARIN, Interpol, StAR and the joint project of the European Commission and Europol “Platform of EU Asset Recovery Offices”. He represented Ukraine in the Minsk negotiations on the violation of the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism by the Russian Federation.

Career:

2003 – 2004 – financial analyst at Ozdobbud LLC.

2005 – 2008 – worked as a chief specialist of the Analytical Department at the State Committee for Financial Monitoring of Ukraine. He specialized in financial investigations related to banking institutions, state monopolies, illegal VAT refund.

2008 – 2010 – worked in the Ukrainian office of KPMG. He was responsible for the creation and development of the independent financial investigation group. The unit focused on corporate intelligence, financial investigations and anti-money laundering.

2010 – 2017 – Deputy Director of the Department - Head of the Risk Analysis and Typological Research Division of the Financial Investigation Department of the State Financial Monitoring Service of Ukraine

2017 – 2020 – Head of the Department for Detection and Tracing of Assets of the central office of the National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes

2020 – 2023 – Deputy Head of the National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes. He was responsible for the development and implementation of policy in the areas of asset tracing, international cooperation and IT.

10.2023 – 12.2024 – Head of the Poltava Regional State Administration (Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 686/2023 of 10.10.2023)
