To the attention of the reporting entities on the order of the Ministry of Finance № 322

On April 7, 2022, the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine № 113 “On Amendments to paragraph 4 of the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 4, 2021 № 322” was approved and registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 22, 2022 with the
№ 443/37779 according to which, the entry into force of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of 04.06.2021 № 322 (hereinafter - the order of the Ministry of Finance № 322) was postponed from May 1, 2022 to the first Monday of the fourth month after the cessation or abolition of martial law.

It should be noted that the order of the Ministry of Finance № 322 has approved, in particular the Procedure for creating a personal account of the reporting entity and access to the e-cabinet of the financial monitoring system and the Procedure for information interaction of reporting entities and the State Financial Monitoring Service of Ukraine, including new formats and categories of information exchange.

In this regard, the implementation of the Information and Telecommunication System "Electronic Cabinet of the Financial Monitoring System" for information exchange and submission of information by the reporting entities in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Finance
№ 322 will be carried out simultaneously with the entry into force of this order.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that prior to the entry into force of the regulatory framework for ensuring the operation of the e-cabinet of the financial monitoring system and providing entities with access to personal cabinets, entities are obliged to submit information according to the relevant legislation, in particular, Instruction for filling in forms of accounting and submission of information related to financial monitoring, approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of 29.01.2016 № 24, and the Procedure for electronic interaction of reporting entities and the State Financial Service monitoring of Ukraine, approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of 24.11.2015 № 1085.
