Memorandum of Understanding between the SFMS and the FIU of Togolese Republic was signed
The Head of the State Financial Monitoring Service of Ukraine Igor Cherkaskyi signed with the President of Financial Intelligence Unit of the Togolese Republic Memorandum of Understanding concerning cooperation in the area of counteraction to legalization (laundering) of the proceeds from crime, financing of terrorism and financing of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
Thus, SFMS and the Financial Intelligence Unit of the Togolese Republic will exchange information on financial transactions suspected of being related to legalization of the proceeds from crime, financing of terrorism and financing of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
Currently SFMS signed 73 international agreements on cooperation with FIUs of foreign countries.
