Government approved the draft Law in AML/CFT area

On September 10, 2014 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the draft Law "On prevention and counteraction to legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime or financing of terrorism and the proliferation of weapon of mass destruction".
The draftLaw is aimed to perform Ukraine’s obligations with regard to implementation into the national legislation of the FATF standards and arrangements under the stand-by agreement with the IMF.
Adoption of the Law will prove Ukraine"s ambition to integrate into the European community.
